USA Parcel - USPS tracking issue

Dear receiver,

We have receive a few concern in regards of shipping to USA. After checking with our local post and several forums it seems that USPS is unable to provide tracking updates on registered parcel from certain country. Which unfortunately include our shipping country Malaysia. As according to our customer they encounter messages like "USPS Tracking™ is unavailable for this product for MALAYSIA."

Our shipping team is now working on communicating with both USPS and our local post in checking out this issue hopefully it could be resolve soonest. We're trying our best to reach out to the authority for a more accurate answer. Kindly allow us sometime to look out for possible solution with the pos office. At the mean time, your parcel information would be trace via USPS official twitter page @USPSHelp  Mon.- Fri. from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. EST and Sat. from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST.

Please do not take us wrongly. Your parcel does not went missing. They are just unable to show tracking updates on USPS tracking website. You should still expect your parcel within the given timeframe or a slight delay due to the massive shipment receive on festive season by the postal services.
